Some of us always wished we would become ballerinas, gymnasts, dancers, and performers. Life and its unexpected turns can divert dreams and goals, making talented hopefuls settle into a life less fulfilling.
AirDance was built to fulfill dreams and make clients feel more alive. Aside from the amazing physical benefits, we know that dancing in the air can be therapeutic and healing for the mind & soul! It is our creative outlet and our passion, and it can be yours, too.

NESSI
FOUNDER
Vanessa, AKA Nessi, was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Palm Beach County with her family when she was 15. She grew up with a passion for ballet, gymnastics, and acrobatics. With no formal dance background, she became a J.V and Varsity sports cheerleader for Palm Beach Lakes High School. She went on to graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Business Management/Marketing.
She found her passion for pole fitness and dance in 2016 and became an instructor at Exotic Workouts Lake Worth until 2022. She wants to continue sharing her passion and inspiring others to fulfill their athletic potential and enjoy the benefits she has acquired from aerial fitness. Nessi has certifications in AFAA Group Fitness and X-Pole 3 & 4.
Kat
Kathleen aka Kat is a native South Floridian who has been involved in several types of performance arts since age 15. She fell in love with pole dancing in 2019 and was inspired by the diversity and strength of the pole community.
With a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Kat is no stranger to understanding body mechanics and teaching clients how to safely build strength and confidence in their movements. Working with mostly elderly clients by day, Kat appreciates the resilience and capability of the human body and the importance of taking care of our minds, bodies, and souls.
Kat loves the sensual side of pole including exotic pole, chair, and floorwork. With a special emphasis on stage presence, musicality, and expression, Kat hopes to bring out the inner diva in all her students!
Stela
Stela, known as Leo in the pole dancing community, has a vast dance background including ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, belly dance, samba, and Brazilian ballroom dance. Stela’s pole dance journey started back in 2019 when she decided to increase her strength and fitness after having a dance hiatus. She believes pole dancing is fascinating because it can be incorporated with many different dance styles and it promotes an environment where she can safely express herself and inspire others.
Stela’s purpose as an instructor is to consciously and safely guide her students to reach their full potential by acquiring solid dance foundations such as technique, body awareness, movement creativity, and musicality.
Stela is an Early Childhood Educator and currently pursuing her bachelor’s in Communication Disorders and Sciences. Originally from Brazil, dancing is in Stela’s blood since her mother is also a dancer and encouraged her to follow the same steps.
Brooke
South Florida born and raised, Brooke is involved in many endeavors. Between real estate broker, artist, animal enthusiast, and Lyra instructor, Brooke has always worked arduously towards everything she partakes in. She has been into fitness most of her adult life, teaching a variety of classes including indoor cycling.
In June 2021 Brooke was introduced to the world of aerial fitness and arts after taking her first Lyra hoop class. Instantly, she fell in love and became dedicated to progressing and thriving on her aerial journey. Brooke's expertise also includes teaching aerial hammock fitness, as well as mat Pilates classes.
Brooke loves inspiring people, and she is passionate about encouraging others to be and feel their best on and off the hoop. Along with her natural ability to motivate, Brooke's warm disposition and charismatic personality creates a fun and loving environment for her students to learn and grow. Brooke has certifications in Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning, Mat Pilates and CirqFIT.
Nuné
Nuné is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Kinesiologist, and former gymnast whose passion is helping others improve their movement. Her expertise includes Aerial yoga, Silks, Lyra Hoop and Pole Fitness.
Nuné loves Yoga because it helps her become centered by balancing her energy flows. She's passionate about helping people understand their bodies and bringing awareness to what's going on in its internal and external layers.
Nuné believes Aerial fitness is not just for the physical body, but also for the soul. In her classes, she likes to demonstrate the joyful and exhilarating part of the exercises, while focusing on the whole kinetic chain and activating all the muscles from head to toe.
