Do You Have Any Questions?
-
A: You will first take our Intro to Pole class. Click our Classes page tab for all available classes and requirements.
-
A: Bring a yoga mat, drinking water, and a rag to clean your pole. You can wear shorts and a sleeveless tank top or sports bra. Do not wear any lotions or oils on your skin on the day of your class to ensure your skin is not slippery on the pole.
-
A: Heels are optional! They are not recommended for your very first class. Some pole dancers/enthusiasts never wear heels. There are many aspects of and ways to pole. You don’t have to be any particular “type.” We just want to make sure you are comfortable, get a great workout, and have fun. Just be yourself!
-
A: Not at all! We will guide you through a warm-up and safely introduce you to basic moves on the pole. Your strength will naturally increase as you keep coming to classes!
-
A: No, pole dancers can be of all sizes. If your goal includes weight loss, you can burn many calories and tone your whole body doing aerial fitness.
-
A: We definitely recommend booking online ahead of time, especially to ensure there is space in the class. You could try walking in prior to class to sign up, just make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. However, we cannot guarantee there will be a spot available. Please note that spectators are not allowed. You and/or a friend must be paid students in order to observe and participate.
-
A: Definitely, we recommend it! Just make sure you are not recording anyone else without their consent, and that you record during your practice or freestyle time so that it is not disruptive to the class. If you share your pics/videos on social media, don’t forget to tag us :)
-
A: All sales are final. Cancellations can be made at least 6 hours before class so that your credit can be transferred to a future class. No person-to-person transfers or substitutions.

Important! Please be aware that you are assuming some risk by participating. Our qualified instructors are trained to safely spot and guide you through different moves and tricks on the aerial apparatus. However, some things are out of our control. It is very important to arrive on time so that you can thoroughly warm up! By arriving late, you are risking bodily injury. Therefore, your participation may be denied and you will be kindly asked to reschedule.
