POLE CLASSES

Learn the basic pole walk, step around, and foundational spins and pirouettes; required for first-time or inexperienced polers.

Requires a minimum of 3 Intro to Pole classes. Learn how to control the spinning pole momentum and perform basic pole spins, climb, sit and perform a variety of basic tricks and poses.

Must be able to successfully climb, sit comfortably and be able to or close to aerial inverting. Take your spin pole journey to the next level by doing aerial inverts, leg hangs and more advanced tricks.

Intermediate & advanced students will work on static pole power spins, aerial inverts, handsprings, dynamic rotations, pole flips, and more!

Condition your whole body to increase your strength for the pole. Students will do exercises on and off the pole, and also practice their climbs, leg hangs & inverts!

Develop your confidence in this fun sexy class! Beginner students will fine-tune the pole walk, and pirouettes and perform basic base work/floor moves.

Students will perform more complex basework/exotic moves that include low-flow transitions and integrate more challenging floor work.

Requires a minimum of 3 intros to pole classes. Students will practice a fun dance choreo using the chair, the pole, and the floor in this sexy class that improves confidence and provides another great workout.
LYRA HOOP

Students will be guided through basic hooks, moves and poses on the fitness lyra. A fun class that will tone and strengthen your whole body.

Take your Lyra training to the next level and work on more complex aerial inverts, transitions, different grips, and tricks on the hoop.
AERIAL HAMMOCK
This is an all-levels class that combines aerial yoga elements, full-body toning and fun hammock tricks and transitions
ALTERNATIVE CLASSES
FLEXI & TONE
Flexibility and strength training for students of all levels. Work on your splits, backbends, and active flexibility for overall wellness and/or more impressive aerial tricks!
FLOOR DANCE (ALL LEVELS)
Perform fun acrobatic and sexy moves including shoulder rolls, leg waves, and dance transitions on the floor.
TWERK N’ TONE
A fun Cardio class that incorporates HIIT, Tabata & Dance/Twerk. Students will use exercise bands and weights while listening to high-energy music, including Pop/Techno/Dance, Hip Hop, Latin and Caribbean beats.
